NSF Innovation Corps (I Corps) Training for Technology Translation

Does your innovation really provide a viable solution to a user’s problem?

I Corps training can connect you with industry experts, potential partners and other stakeholders and can accelerate technology development and commercialization and benefit innovators at any stage. It fosters a mindset of use-inspired research, helps your understand the industry ecosystem, and enables you to de-risk your innovation and develop a product that customers will buy.

This essential experiential cohort-based training based on Steve Blank’s Lean LaunchPad course at Stanford University is relevant for all innovators. All faculty, postdocs, students and staff are eligible to apply.

NSF I Corps training will help you answer questions, such as:

What are your best customer segments?

What is the value proposition of your innovation?

Who will pay for it and what is the business model for your product?

What is the commercialization pathway?
